Engagements
How a Core Gatehub engagement unfolds
A custom look at the consulting cadence we use for assessments and advisory work — from access planning through written handoff.
Every engagement is time-boxed and artefact-led. We avoid open-ended retainers that blur into staff augmentation. You keep ownership of repositories, warehouses, and orchestration accounts throughout.
- 01 · Access and framing Confirm decision deadlines, read-only access paths, and which reports create the most operational pressure. Exclusions are written down before interviews begin.
- 02 · System walkthroughs Trace sources into transforms and serving layers with the people who operate them. Capture lineage notes beside the transforms where possible.
- 03 · Risk scoring and sequencing Score reliability and quality risks by domain. Draft a staged plan that matches your staffing reality rather than an ideal delivery factory.
- 04 · Delivery workshop Walk stakeholders through findings, trade-offs, and the first ninety days of work. Record open questions that only your internal teams can answer.
- 05 · Written handoff Leave diagrams, checklists, and ownership suggestions in formats your wiki or repository already uses. Optional follow-on advisory weeks are quoted separately.
Companion local utility
If you maintain personal analytical records alongside organisational systems, Core Gatehub’s local data tracking utility is available through Veve as an informational product. It does not hold funds, access private keys, or execute transactions.
